Sling TSi Flew Nonstop From California To Wisconsin For AirVenture

The Airplane Factory made an epic trip from California to Wisconsin for AirVenture, flying a Sling TSi airplane from Torrence, CA to Wittman Regional Airport on one tank of gas. The Airplane Factory pilot Wayne Toddun told Aero-New Editor in Chief Jim Campbell that the flight took about 14 hours. During the flight, the crew took the airplane up to about 27,000 feet in a ceiling test of the airplane.
