AirCharter Inc. at Craig Municipal Airport in Jacksonville, FL on
the FAA's proposed rule -- suggested in the wake of last year's
fatal overrun at Chicago's Midway Airport -- that by October 1st,
all flights must be able to stop on the runway with a 15-percent
margin by calculating landing distance.
