uAvionix has announced its impending acquisition by DC Capital Partners. The company will join the rest of the DC Partners portfolio, which will "propel uAvionix forward with the means to impact the broader aerospace and defense markets." he recently defunct Enstrom Helicopter Corporation may soon rise from the dead, following the purchase of its remains by MidTex Aviation. Enstrom declared bankruptcy in January citing severe financial difficulties, allowing its assets to be sold off by a Michigan court. Although overall production for 2021 was better than 2020, we fell short of our target. Our number one focus for 2022 is to put the pandemic behind us and to increase aircraft production and deliveries. I'm targeting 300-350 [helicopters sold] for 2022 but we'll see how it goes, as we are still dealing with residual effects from COVID..."
