Marinvent Device Intended To Prevent Icing Accidents
No aircraft in service today is equipped with a system to
monitor the performance and safety margin of its airfoils under
icing conditions... and that's a situation Canadian aerospace firm
Marinvent hopes to change.
The Aero Club of New England (ACONE) is first and foremost a
social club for people that share a passion for flight; for active
pilots, former pilots, and non-pilots alike who love to learn about
flying, love to talk about flying, and love to promote
flying.

we made no promises. We're planning for the worst but hoping for

Manager Michael McConnell. On Wednesday, Eclipse's Board of
Directors opted to furlough approximately 800 workers. Workers were
told they will receive their paychecks for the last two weeks of
work... but until the sale of the company to EclipseJet Aviation
International is finalized they will be out of a job at Eclipse.
McConnell asserts Eclipse remains "very close" to finalizing the
sale of the company to EclipseJet, but concedes the sale process is
"taking much longer than first thought."
