Project Shield America is an integral part of the United States
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (U.S. ICE) strategy of
preventing illegal exporters, targeted foreign countries, terrorist
groups, and international criminal organizations from trafficking
in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and their components.
