Unconventional Assisted Recovery Coordination Center -- A
compartmented special operations forces (SOF) facility suitably
staffed by supervisory personnel and tactical planners to
coordinate, synchronize and de-conflict non-conventional assisted
recovery (NAR) operations on a 24-hour basis within the
geographical area assigned to the joint force commander.
