A settlement agreement has been reached between the FAA and the drone operating company, SkyPan International of Chicago. The agreement resolves enforcement cases occurring between 2012 and 2014 that alleged the company operated unmanned aircraft in congested airspace over New York City and Chicago, and violated airspace regulations and aircraft operating rules.
