The GDR Radios Are Designed To Interface To A Host Controller/Display

Genesys Aerosystems has received TSO approval for the Genesys Digital Radio (GDR) product line. The GDR is a family of 11 remote-mounted, software-definable radios that feature combined VOR/localizer/glideslope, marker beacon, VHF communication with a frequency range of up to 118-156 MHz, and optional embedded UHF 225-400MHz capabilities. AD: Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Airplanes

AD 2020-22-17 Requires Replacing And Prohibits Installing Affected Parts

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. (Pilatus) Model PC-24 airplanes. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI identifies the unsafe condition as movement of the aft fuel pipe within the coupling, which can cause damage to the O-rings and lead to a fuel leak, fuel fire or explosion, and consequent loss of control of the airplane. AD: Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation Airplanes

AD 2020-23-04 Prompted By A Report Of Misassembled Impellers Onto The Shaft Of The Fuel Boost Pump

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (Gulfstream) Model GVII-G500 and Model GVII-G600 airplanes. This AD requires revising your existing airplane flight manual (AFM) and airplane maintenance manual (AMM) to include information pertaining to the fuel boost pump. This AD was prompted by a report of misassembled impellers onto the shaft of the fuel boost pump during production. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. This AD is effective November 24, 2020.
