Letter From Relevent Committee To Be Finalized January 17
The chairman of the aviation subcommittee of the U.S. House of
Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure,
Rep. Thomas Petri (R-WI), and the subcommittee's ranking member,
Rep. Jerry Costello (D-IL), have written a letter to President
Obama in opposition of aviation user fees.
Maryland officials have filed suit against the federal
government over an accident involving a state police helicopter in
which four people were fatally injured.
