Representative Ben Chandler is calling for a congressional
inquiry into FAA staffing policies, following the August 27 loss of
a Comair regional jet at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, KY.
Rumors abound, following a Russian state bank's investment --
and a British sell-off -- of European Aeronautic Defense &
Space (EADS) stock, that the former Soviet state might seek a
controlling interest in the company.
