Congress Fails Airline Passengers, New Study Finds

Many Members Of Both Parties Received Failing Grades From FlyersRights.org

FlyersRights.org has released a comprehensive Airline Passenger Report Card for all 535 members of Congress. Paul Hudson President of FlyersRights.org and a member of the FAA Aviation Rulemaking Advisory Committee, noted, "The very low scores and grades will come as no surprise to millions of American air travelers. Many members on both sides of the aisle received failing grades."

DOT: Airline Consumer Complaints Down From Previous Year

A4A Projects 15.6 Million Domestic Passengers Over Labor Day

Would Represent An Increase Of 82,000 Travelers Per Day Over Last Year

Airlines for America (A4A) is forecasting that 15.6 million passengers will fly in scheduled service on U.S. airlines over the Labor Day holiday period, a 4 percent increase from the 2015 Labor Day period. Airlines will accommodate the growth in travel demand by offering 2.54 million seats per day, an increase of more than 98,000 from the same period last year.
