Boeing To Provide $50 Million For Family Relief Related To Recent Accidents

Total Commitment To The Effort Is $100 Million For Families Of Those Aboard Lion Air Flight 610 And Ethiopian Flight 302

Boeing has dedicated $50 million of a previously announced $100 million fund to provide near-term financial assistance to families of the victims of the Lion Air Flight 610 and Ethiopian Flight 302 accidents. Boeing also announced that it has retained Kenneth Feinberg and Camille Biros, renowned experts in establishing and overseeing victims' compensation funds, to design and administer the fund.

American Eagle Carrier PSA Airlines Flight Attendants Ratify New Contract

Provides Immediate Pay Raises And Increases Incentives

PSA Airlines flight attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), today voted to ratify a new contract. The four-year agreement provides improvements for over 1,300 PSA Flight Attendants. In addition to immediate pay raises, the new contract includes increased vacation, improved work rules and increased scheduling flexibility.

Teamsters Reach Agreement In Principle With Air Canada

New Agreement Will Go To Membership For Ratification Vote

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters has reached an agreement in principle with Air Canada, the largest passenger carrier in Canada. The agreement covers over 700 customer service representatives, reservation assistants, air cargo workers and other employees at the company's U.S. base of operations.
