Aegean Airlines, the biggest airline in Greece, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Airbus to purchase 30 A320neo Family aircraft, comprising 20 A320neos and 10 A321neos. The airline will also acquire a significant number of new A320neo family aircraft from leasing companies.

Vietnam’s FLC Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Airbus for up to 24 A321neo aircraft for future operation by start-up carrier Bamboo Airways. The agreements were signed in Paris by Trinh Van Quyet, Chairman of FLC Group and Eric Schulz, Chief Commercial Officer, Airbus during the official visit to France of Nguyen Phu Tron, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Dash 8 Series 100/200/300 & Q400 Fleet To Comply With ADS-B Out Mandate
Field Aviation is providing a turnkey kit solution to add ADS-B Out capability and upgrade the FMS on the entire fleet of 41 Dash 8 aircraft at Widerøe’s Flyveselskap AS (Widerøe) of Norway, to comply with the upcoming ADS-B Out mandate and to provide further fleet standardization. The FMS upgrade will consist of the latest Universal Avionics (UASC) FMS hardware and 1002 software.
