Boeing, Thai Airways International Celebrate 75th Direct Airplane Delivery

Thai Uses Newly Delivered 777-300ER To Carry Out Humanitarian Mission

The 75th direct delivery of a Boeing airplane to Thai Airways International Celebrate has been completed. Marking the milestone delivery, Boeing and Thai collaborated to transport 1,000 wool blankets onboard Thai's newly delivered 777-300ER (Extended Range).

Recommendations Also Emphasize Need For Cockpit Image Recorders On Commercial Airliners

The NTSB has issued a series of safety recommendations to the FAA calling for improvements in locating downed aircraft and ways to obtain critical flight data faster and without the need for immediate underwater retrieval. The Board also re-emphasized the need for cockpit image recorders on commercial airplanes.
