'Anomaly' Resulted In Loss of Rocket, Payload and Extensive Launch Complex Damage

As promised, SpaceX is starting to reveal details of their investigation into the catastrophic loss of a Falcon 9, its payload and other damage to the launch complex. According to SpaceX, "Three weeks ago, SpaceX experienced an anomaly at our Launch Complex 40 (LC-40) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. This resulted in the loss of one of our Falcon 9 rockets and its payload.
