The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to find under the Clean Air Act that greenhouse gas emissions from commercial aircraft contribute to the pollution that causes climate change endangering the health and welfare of Americans. Boeing's annual Current Market Outlook reports that Airlines worldwide will need 38,050 new airplanes over the next 20 years to the tune of an estimates the total value of $5.6 trillion.
