The world of Aviation was astonished when, Yves ‘Jetman’ Rossy, strapped a delta-wing to his back, fired up four jet engines, and proceeded to fly like a bird. His demonstrations of his flying skills and capabilities astonished the world and it could easily then be asked, what’s next? The answer to that question is this, a second Jetman has made his debut. Vince Reffet, a well-known skydiver, has become only the second person to fly using a jet-engine powered carbon fiber wing strapped to his back. House Science Committee Bills Promote Commercial Space Safety And Success

Four Proposals May Be Considered By The Committee This Session

Members of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee today introduced a package of four space bills intended to bring stability and certainty to the growing commercial space market. House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) introduced the Spurring Private Aerospace Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship Act of 2015 or SPACE Act, alongside Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-TX), Congressman Steven Palazzo (R-MS) and 10 additional cosponsors.
