The full United States Senate passed the Pilot's Bill of Rights 2 on a unanimous vote Tuesday night. The bill, sponsored by Senator James Inhofe, had 70 cosponsors from both sides of the aisle. A companion bill must pass the U.S. House and be signed by President Obama before the Pilots Bill of Rights 2 can become law. Contained within the bill is a requirement that the FAA revise the appropriate regulations to comply with the law.
