Texas Company Looks To Expand Into Growing Chinese Market
The Civil Aviation Administration of
China (CAAC) has granted validation of Superior Air Part's FAA Type
Certificate for its Vantage Engine. “The CAAC approval now
clears the way for our engine build facility here in Coppell,
Texas, to manufacturer Vantage Engines for sale in emerging Chinese
markets,” explained Timothy T. Archer, Group CEO, Superior
Air Parts.
Eagle Creek Delivers First of Two Colombian Grand Renaissance
Aircraft
The first of two Grand Renaissance Twin Commanders has been
delivered to the Colombian Army by Eagle Creek Aviation Services,
which performed the Grand Renaissance conversions on the
Colombian-owned airplanes. The two Grand Renaissance Twin
Commanders—a Jetprop 980 (model 695) and 1000 (695A)--will
serve dual roles in the Colombian Army as military executive
transports and medevac aircraft.
