Group Vows to Cut Emissions, Engage Suppliers, and Adapt Services
Daher is reforming its sustainable development strategy by working in a structured climate policy that vows to reduce carbon emissions from its operations and products while engaging suppliers and adapting sites to climate hazards. Its targets come with deadlines in 2027 and 2032.

The company is aiming for a 50 percent reduction in operational greenhouse gas emissions by 2032, with an interim target of 23 percent by 2027. The plan leans on energy efficiency upgrades, wider use of sustainable aviation fuels, and investment in lighter composite materials.
Daher also pledged to integrate these eco-design principles into aircraft development, with the company’s next “lower-carbon aircraft” slated for 2027. This is a long-standing effort; Daher is a partner in the BeautHyFuel project, working to design and test a hydrogen propulsion system for light aviation. The company's primary focus is on developing its EcoPulse hybrid-electric demonstrator, based on the TBM platform.
Suppliers are being pulled into the mix as well. Daher intends to assess the carbon maturity of its 50 highest-emitting partners by 2027, expanding to its top 100 suppliers by 2032. That data will be built into the company’s reporting systems and used to co-develop reduction plans, particularly for upstream emissions. By the same deadlines, Daher also plans to raise SAF usage in its flight operations to more than 10 percent by 2027 and 20 percent by 2032… as long as regulators give their seal of approval.

The policy doesn’t stop at emissions. Daher is also promising to map climate risks across its facilities and value chain, with site-specific adaptation plans due by 2032. Those efforts are meant to guard against hazards like flooding and heat stress that could disrupt operations.
“Daher’s climate policy is a clear response to the climate emergency. It reflects our commitment to act with methods, ambition, and responsibility,” said Julie de Cevins, the Daher Group’s Chief Sustainability Officer. "Every employee has a role to play in this collective effort. Progress will be tracked regularly, with annual carbon footprint mapping to ensure transparency, effectiveness and continuous improvement in our actions.”
