B-29 DOC, P-51 Gunfighter Add Tour Stop

History Restored Tour Visits Richmond, VA In June

The B-29 DOC History Restored Tour announced it will stop at the Richmond International Airport (RIC), in Richmond, Virginia, on June 12-16. The P-51 Mustang Gunfighter will accompany the Superfortress on the tour stop.

Both historic aircraft will be available for ride experiences as well as ground and cockpit tours when they are not flying.

Rides on B-29 DOC will be available Friday June 13 and Sunday June15, while P-51 Gunfighter flight experience rides will be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday June13-15.

Tickets for ride experiences can be purchased at the websites below.

Tickets for ground and cockpit tours will be available for purchase at the gate on the days of the event. Admission is $10 per person and $20 per family. Ground and cockpit tours will be held: Wednesday and Thursday June 11-12, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (last tour ticket sold at 4 p.m.)

Friday June 13, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (last tour ticket sold at 3:30 p.m.)

Sunday June 15, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (last tour ticket sold at 4 p.m.)

The Richmond tour stop will be hosted at Million Air FBO at 400 Portugee Rd, Richmond, Virginia, 23250. Public access through Million Air will be granted through the posted times only.
