ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2500 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 325330N/1091200W AND THE SAN SIMON /SSO/ VORTAC 352 DEGREE RADIAL AT 037 NAUTICAL MILES.
