PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR OIL PLATFORM FIRE ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF NEXEN OIL, LOUIS LEMOINE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 293417N/0921455W OR THE WHITE LAKE /LLA/ VOR/DME 126 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8.5 NAUTICAL MILES NEXEN OIL, LOUIS LEMOINE TELEPHONE 318-359-7022 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 281-230-5560 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
