'Scattering The Flock' and Other Dangers
ANN's Paul Plack talks with CFI Bob Miller of Over The Airwaves
about how getting into a banked turn has the same effect on stall
speed as flying overweight. Bob also addresses "scattering the
flock," the dangers of stumbling unexpectedly upon an airport when
you're at pattern altitude.
This feature is in addition to our daily news briefing --
available in either a quick "Touch And Go" format, or an expanded
Aero-Briefing -- where you'll hear these stories:
Cirrus is focused on the future of fuel.
California CFIs have to resort to a paid lobbyist.
And Iridium becomes Spacex's new biggest customer.
