Promoted to GM At Signature Flight Support's SBA Facility

Suzanne Scharton has been promoted to the general manager position at Signature's Santa Barbara (CA) facility. Scharton, a 17-veteran of the aviation industry, leaves her position as Client Service Manager at Signature's Orlando headquarters. While there, she worked closely with the sales department to help develop and roll out Signature's Relationship Pricing initiatives. She previously served as Operations Manager for Signature's Denver (APA) base.

"Suzanne's experience in both operations and client service combine to make her a perfect choice for this new assignment," said Beth Haskins, Signature CEO. "She has a thorough understanding of day-to-day issues relevant to running a location and she has a real instinct for ensuring customer service and satisfaction, and that's an area we feel really differentiates us in the market."
