Fifteen F-22 Raptors are scheduled to deploy to Andersen Air
Force Base, Guam, in January 2010 for approximately three months.
The fighters and associated personnel will deploy from the 90th
Fighter Squadron at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska.
"In situations where there may be several incidents
involving a single carrier over a short period of time, FAA
inspectors increase their oversight, which we're doing now, and
conduct a review of those events to determine whether they might be
indicative of a larger issue."
