The AirMule, a single-engine, VTOL Cargo and MedEvac UAS
developed by Israel-based Urban Aeronautics, has successfully
completed the first phase of its flight testing. This phase has
consisted of tethered autonomous hovers.
Installation Approved In Beechjet 400/400A/Hawker 400XP
Elliott Aviation today announced that the Moline, Ill.-based
business aviation services company has received supplemental type
certification (STC) from the FAA for the installation of a Digital
Flight Data Recorder (DFDR) in a Beechjet 400/400A and Hawker 400XP
The FAA will be testing instrument landing equipment next week
for the 10,000 foot runway under construction at Northwest Florida
Beaches International Airport near Panama City in the Florida
Recipient Of The Rotary National Award For Space
The Board of Advisors of the Rotary National Award for Space
Achievement (RNASA) Foundation has selected NASA Associate
Administrator for Space Operations, William (Bill) H. Gerstenmaier,
as the recipient of the 2010 National Space Trophy.
