B737s Are 275th For The Leasing Company, 17th To Egyptian
Boeing said Friday it has delivered GE Capital Aviation
Services' (GECAS) 275th Next-Generation 737. GECAS leasing
customer, China United Airlines, will operate the milestone
airplane, a Next-Generation 737-800.

Judge In Northern California Says Claims Should Be Filed In
A judge in northern California has ruled that claims brought by
the families of those lost on Air France flight 447 in 2009 can not
be filed in U.S. courts, and reportedly places stringent limits on
the damages they may expect to recover.
A RusAir Tu-134 airliner has reportedly gone down on approach to
Petrozavodsk airport in northwest Russia near midnight local
time Monday, fatally injuring 44 people on board. Eight people are
