Representatives with the National Air Traffic Controllers
Association (NATCA) told Aero-News this week that controllers at
Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) filed an ethics complaint
Thursday against certified industrial hygienists hired by the FAA,
and urged the agency to immediately address a black mold outbreak
in the tower.
A proposed jobs program to attract residents affected by
operations at Los Angeles International Airport cannot be supported
by airport revenue funds, the FAA told officials at the busy
airport this week.
FAA Administrator Blakey is out stumping on issues near and dear
