FDC 5/0263 ZLA CA.. FLIGHT RESTRICTION, VENTURA, CA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 342109N/1192609W THE VENTURA (VTU) VORTAC 294 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR RESCUE OPERATIONS. THE VENTURA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPT, 805-662-6755, IS IN CHARGE ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. THE HAWTHORNE (HHR) AFSS 310-970-1341 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
