Aero-News: Quote of the Day (07.26.06)

"Keep it pithy and personal. Tell your congressman it's about control, not blips. The airlines want to pay less, but control more. If the airlines want user fees they should give the ticket tax they collect from their passengers back to their passengers."

Source: NBAA President Ed Bolen, offering attendees of an AirVenture 2006 forum on user fees Tuesday some advice on how to let government leaders know their thoughts on the proposed levies.
