PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 651300N/1475100W OR THE FAIRBANKS /FAI/ VORTAC 341 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.4 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIREFIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. ALASKA STATE DIVISION OF FORESTRY, FAIRBANKS AREA TELEPHONE 907-474-0788 OR FREQ 128.45/LOST HORSE CREEK FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION.
