AMENDMENT TO SUN N FUN EFFECTIVE: 0704131100-0704232359THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMCOMMAND CENTER (ATCSCC), WILL UTILIZE A SPECIAL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENTPROGRAM (STMP) FOR THE LAL/PCM/BOW/X07/GIF/VDF AIRPORTS FORSUN-N-FUN ACTIVITIES. EFFECTIVE DAILY APRIL 16 THROUGH APRIL 23 1100Z THRU 2359Z.SLOT RESERVATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL DOMESTIC, NON-SCHEDULEDIFR ARRIVALS TO THE FOLLOWING AIRPORTS: LAL/PCM/BOW/X07/GIF/VDF.SOME HARD COPIES (PRINTED COPIES) OF THE NOTICES TO AIRMEN MAYCONTAIN ERRONEOUS INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CONFIRMATION OFRESERVATION ARRIVAL (SLOT) TIMES. YOUR RESERVATION HAS TO BE CONFIRMED BETWEEN 24 AND 12 HOURS PRIORTO YOUR ARRIVAL TIME TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER TO AVOID YOURSLOT BEING CANCELLED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO THE RESERVATION SYSTEM.IF THE RESERVATION IS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ARRIVALRESERVATION TIME, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CONFIRMED WITHARESERVATION NUMBER.THIS CONFIRMATION NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE REMARKS SECTION OFTHE FLIGHT PLAN.
