Aero-News Featured Aero-Casts For Wednesday 06.17.09

ANN Chats With Ann Cooper

It is a testament to the advances made by women in all facets of aviation that one of the richest sources of interesting interviews for Aero TV so far in 2009 has been the annual Women in Aviation International Conference in Atlanta.

ANN's Jim Campbell was there, and got to catch up with Ann Cooper, who worked with Jim in her early days, and has gone on to write hundreds of articles and 12 books, many highlighting female aviation pioneers.

This feature is in addition to our daily news briefing -- available in either a quick "Touch And Go" format, or an expanded Aero-Briefing -- where you'll hear these stories:

The American Bonanza Society just proved its worth.

A UK mid-air has claimed two lives.

And an early crosswind turn becomes a link in an accident chain.

...And more

ANN Daily Touch-And-Go: 06.17.09 (ANN's Short-Form Daily News Program)

ANN Daily Aero-Briefing: 06.17.09 (ANN's Long-Form Daily News Program)

ANN Special Feature: Aviation Writer Ann Cooper - 06.17.09 (ANN Special Report, with Aviation Author Ann Cooper)

Check them out, let us know what you think and be sure to keep those news-tips and program suggestions coming... ANN is ALL about what YOU want to know about in the world of aviation and aerospace.
