Due to the ongoing pandemic AERO South Africa Delayed to July 2022. Messe Frankfurt South Africa has taken the decision to postpone the AERO South Africa exhibition and conference to July 2022. The three-day event will take place at Wonderboom National Airport and is supported by AERO Friedrichshafen. The launch event in 2019 was reportedly well received by the General Aviation Sector and it is hoped that the new dates will allow sufficient time for the impacts of the pandemic to settle. It's getting busy up at the ISS... and about to get even busier... hence the need to 're-park' one of the vehicles that got them to the station. The Expedition 64 crew members who arrived to the International Space Station Oct. 14, 2020, have successfully relocated their Soyuz MS-17 spacecraft. Expedition 64 Flight Engineer Kate Rubins of NASA and Commander Sergey Ryzhikov and Sergey Kud-Sverchkov, both of the Russian Space Agency Roscosmos, undocked from the Earth-facing port of the station’s Rassvet module at 12:38 p.m. EDT, Friday, and Ryzhikov successfully piloted the spacecraft and docked again at the space-facing Poisk port at 1:12 p.m.

Scheduled To Perform 53 Flight Demonstrations At 28 Locations Across The USs And Canada

The US Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels successfully completed winter training onboard Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro at the conclusion of the Festival of Flight, last week. The Blue Angels departed NAF El Centro and are scheduled to perform 53 flight demonstrations at 28 locations across the United States and Canada. “We’ve been training in Imperial Valley for over 50 years, and this is where the Blue Angles cut their teeth and where the show is made,” said Cmdr. Brian Kesselring, commanding officer, The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels.

The 2-inch, solid-state instrument displays attitude, altitude, airspeed, slip, vertical trend and heading information to the pilot during normal or standby operation in the event of primary instrument failure. On March 6, 2021, about 0610 central standard time, an Aviat A-1B airplane, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident near Berwyn, Nebraska. The pilot was fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 91 personal flight. The purpose of the flight was to fly from the pilot’s private runway to Holyoke, Colorado, for an annual inspection. About 0555, the airplane was first observed on primary radar about 1/2 mile south of the private runway. The airplane track proceeded generally west-southwest about 87 knots. AD 2021-05-06 Prompted By Incidents Of Difficulty Unbuttoning The Extraction Tape On The Windows

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Airbus Helicopters Model AS332C, AS332C1, AS332L, AS332L1, AS332L2, EC 155B, EC155B1, EC225LP, and SA330J helicopters. This AD requires inspecting the snap fasteners on the windows. This AD was prompted by incidents of difficulty unbuttoning the extraction tape on the windows. The actions of this AD are intended to address an unsafe condition on these products. This AD is effective April 19, 2021.
