American Mike Mangold lived up to his billing as pre-event
favorite as he won his second title in as many weeks at the
rain-delayed Zeltweg Red Bull Air Race in Austria on Saturday. The
race had been delayed for three hours due to heavy

Philippe Patricio, 20, appeared in Harrison Town Court Friday,
just a few days after he is accused of stealing a plane and taking
it on a joyride. When low on fuel, he managed to land it on a
taxiway at the Westchester County Airport.
"I had enough to operate the plane. I
didn't mean to hurt anybody."
