PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 15 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 413000N/1153000W OR THE BULLION /BQU/ VOR/DME 358 DEGREE RADIAL AT 45.9 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTINGING AIRCRAFT. ELKO BLM TELEPHONE 775-748-4000 OR FREQ 132.975/CHARLESTON COMPLEX FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPER-ATION. SALT LAKE /ZLC/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 801-320-2560 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
