Enstrom Helicopter Appoints Jerry M. Mullins as President/CEO

Enstrom Helicopter Corporation has appointed Jerry M. Mullins as president and CEO. Mr. Mullins joins Enstrom after leading Heli-Dyne Systems Inc. for the past 10 years, serving most recently as president and CEO. Mullins succeeds Peter Parsinen, who has guided Enstrom with distinction on an interim basis while a search for a long-term leader was conducted. Mr. Parsinen is the chief executive of TPG International, a sales and marketing firm specializing in helicopter products. He has agreed to provide executive consulting services to Enstrom well beyond an orderly transition period.

"Enstrom is in the midst of rapid growth, particularly in new helicopter production," observed Parsinen. "With Jerry's extensive manufacturing and general management experience, he is ideally suited to manage this growth. I look forward to helping Jerry maintain Enstrom's positive traction in the marketplace."

Mr. Mullins has directed all the activities of Heli-Dyne Systems, Inc. since 1993. Prior to joining Heli-Dyne, Jerry served in increasingly responsible manufacturing management positions for General Dynamics over a 16-year period. His positions included Manager of Sub Assembly for the F-16 program and Manager of the Electrical Business Unit. Mullins holds a BS degree from Purdue University.
