PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY450000N/1145830W OR THE SALMON /LKT/ VOR/DME 250 DEGREE RADIAL AT 37.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO450000N/1141248W OR THE SALMON /LKT/ VOR/DME 239 DEGREE RADIAL AT 5.6NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO443448N/1141248W OR THE SALMON /LKT/ VOR/DME 174 DEGREE RADIAL AT 27.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO443445N/1144533W OR THE SALMON /LKT/ VOR/DME 209 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO444021N/1144553W OR THE SALMON /LKT/ VOR/DME 216 DEGREE RADIAL AT 35.8 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO444022N/1145828W OR THE SALMON /LKT/ VOR/DME 223 DEGREE RADIAL AT 43.3 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. INBOUND AIRPORT TRAFFIC NEEDS TO COORDINATE WITH CENTRAL IDAHO DISPATCH ON FREQ 122.900 PRIOR TO ENTERING THE TFR. EVACUATION END PART 1 OF 2
