PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 464245N/1212106W THE YAKIMA /YKM/ VORTAC 262 DEGREE RADIAL AT 38 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE, PHONE 503-803-3757/FREQ 122.75 (RATTLESNAKE FIRE), IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. SEATTLE /SEA/ AFSS, PHONE 206-658-6607, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
