Flightline Group, Inc. Expands Executive And Sales Teams

Growth and Expansion Ahead for Flightline Group

Flightline Group, Inc. has announced the addition of several new members to the Company's Executive and Sales teams. In response to numerous new projects and opportunities to seize new business opportunities, the Company is pleased to announce the following new appointments:

John Hunt, Vice President, Aircraft Sales, HondaJet East

John Hunt, who has been a member of the Flightline team since 2000, was appointed to V.P. Aircraft Sales for Flightline's HondaJet East division following his successful tenure as V.P., Aircraft Sales for the Company's SouthEast Piper division. In his new capacity, Hunt will be a part of the team responsible for selecting the HondaJet East facility in the Northeastern U.S., for establishing the base of operations there, and for developing and leading the team in the north east. Hunt holds a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration, a M.B.A. in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is a commercial, instrument pilot with a multi-engine rating.

Jeff Krell, Sales Team, SouthEast Piper

Jeff Krell recently joined the Flightline family as a member of the SouthEast Piper sales team. Prior to joining SouthEast Piper, Krell was with Piper Aircraft, Inc. for 15 years, most recently as Manager of Worldwide Direct Sales. In his tenure at Piper, Krell is credited with closing deals for close to 500 aircraft in North America, China, Europe, the Middle East, New Zealand and Australia. Krell holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology and holds a multi-engine license with instrument rating.

Cody Langston, Manager, Operations Flightline Tallahassee

After serving several years as Manager of Customer Service at Flightline Tallahassee, Cody Langston was recently promoted to the role of Operations Manager of the Company's Tallahassee FBO business operation. With the Company in varying capacities for over 10 years, Cody represents the third generation in his family to be involved professionally in aviation and follows the family's dedication to providing and promoting extraordinary aviation services. In his new post, Langston will be responsible for approximately 30 members of the Line Services, Customer Services and the Fuel Farm teams. Langston holds a B.S. in Business Management from Florida State University and is a student pilot.

Jonathan Lones, Vice President, Aircraft Sales, SouthEast Piper

Jonathan Lones, who has been with Flightline since 1999, has been appointed to the post of V.P., Aircraft Sales for the Company's SouthEast Piper division. Lones has held roles in Customer Service and Aircraft Sales Management at the company, and was most recently the SouthEast Piper Regional Manager out of the company's Vero Beach office. In his new post, Lones will be responsible for the SouthEast Piper sales team and all sales operations over three locations at Vero Beach, FL (VRB), Tallahassee, FL (TLH) and Atlanta, GA (FFC). Lones holds an A.A. degree from the University of Central Florida and a private pilot license.

Molly Martin Pearce, Vice President, Marketing & Corporate Communications, Flightline Group, Inc.

Molly Martin Pearce recently joined the Flightline team following 10 years of management responsibilities with Piper Aircraft, Inc. most recently as Director of Marketing. In her new role at Flightline, Pearce will be responsible for all Marketing and Media Relations for Flightline Group and the Company's 7 affiliate organizations; Flightline Tallahassee, Flightline Okaloosa, Flightline Development Corp., SouthEast Piper, Piper Parts Plus (P3), HondaJet East and HondaJet Southeast. Pearce holds a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and is a licensed private pilot.

Kim Rogers, Vice President, Administration

Kim Rogers joins Flightline Group following 27 years with Phipps Ventures, Inc. in various executive areas of responsibility. In her new role, Rogers will lead various Administrative teams and will be responsible for leading the company in various new organizational process initiatives. Rogers holds A.S. and A.A. degrees from Tallahassee Community College, is a licensed, while not practicing, Real Estate Agent.

Bob Van Riper, Vice President, Aircraft Sales, HondaJet Southeast

Bob Van Riper, who has been with Flightline since 1998 in executive roles covering FBO Management, Business Development and Aircraft Sales, has been appointed to lead the HondaJet Southeast sales efforts based in Tallahassee FL. Most recently, Van Riper served as General Manager for the Company's Tallahassee FBO operation. In his new role, Van Riper will lead the Company's efforts in the Southeast to develop and mature the HondaJet's market presence. Van Riper, a 12 year veteran of the U.S. Navy where he was a Commander and aviator, holds a B.S. in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a M.B.A. from Troy State University. He holds an Aircraft & Powerplant License, Airline Transport Ratings for both rotorcraft and fixed wing aircraft and continues to serve as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
