NBAA To Support Hainan Rendez-Vous 2011

Cross-Promotion Of Asian Biz-Av Events Intended To Help Both Succeed

The NBAA and China Rendez-Vous will partner in the promotion of each other's upcoming events in the Asian region.

NBAA will promote Hainan Rendez-Vous 2011, which is organized by China Rendez-Vous, and is scheduled for April 1 - 4, 2011. The event, which will feature a display of business aircraft at Sanya Airport, will take place across a 16,000-square-foot exhibit area.

Similarly, China Rendez-Vous, Limited will promote the 2012 Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2012), scheduled for February 28 -  March 1, 2012. That event will be held at Shanghai Hawker Pacific Business Aviation Center on Hongqiao Airport, and will include exhibits in the facility's 4,000 square-meter hangar, a Static Display of Aircraft outside on its expansive ramp, and on-site education sessions led by industry veterans with knowledge of the region's business and regulatory environment.

Under the promotional partnership, the two organizations will provide visibility for each other's events in their print and online venues, and through visibility at both shows.

"We are delighted to enter this promotional partnership with NBAA," said Delphine Lignieres, founder and managing director of Hainan Rendez-Vous, announcing the joint venture Friday. "This coordinated effort will help raise the visibility of business aviation in the region, and promote its value in optimizing travel."

"The upcoming events being produced by NBAA and China Rendez-Vous will both have strong participation from people and companies in the region's business community, and this promotional partnership will strengthen the value of both events for participants," added NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen.
