New Insurance Program Out For Cessna Owners And Affiliates

Alexander Aviation Anticipates Improvements In Both Coverage And Affordability

Alexander Aviation Associates, Inc. has been selected as one of a few representative agencies for the re-launch of the Insurance Program for Cessna Owners and Affiliates (IPCOA.) This program is immediately available to Cessna Pilot Centers (CPCs), Cessna Authorized Service Centers, McCauley Authorized Service Centers and Cessna Sales Team Authorized Representatives (CSTARs).

IPCOA recently ended its three-year relationship with Arch and International Aerospace to seek out a new underwriting partner. They sought a company that would provide the aviation insurance coverage Cessna affiliates need while taking into account the additional support provided by the affiliates’ relationship with the factory. They qualified and selected XL Insurance, an “A” rated insurance company, to be the underwriter for the program.

With this new arrangement, there have been several changes to the IPCOA, including simpler deductibles, higher liability limits, competitive pricing and more-limited agency representation. The IPCOA leadership, in conjunction with Cessna, chose to offer this program on a semi-exclusive basis through selected agents. This ensures that their affiliates work with agencies that are proven aviation insurance experts, have a thorough understanding of the Cessna affiliates’ business environment, and are capable of representing the IPCOA program on a national level.

Jeff Graber, President of Alexander Aviation, said, “This is great news for the Cessna affiliates. Now they can count on a competitive proposal from a program endorsed by one of the biggest names in general aviation. We have been very pleased with the service our clients get from XL, and we’re excited to be able to offer this limited-access product on their behalf.”

The IPCOA program is available immediately from Alexander Aviation Associates or any of the other semi-exclusive program representatives.
