PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 370221N/1065310W AND THE DURANGO /DRO/ VORTAC 085 DEGREE RADIAL AT 42 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN COORDINATION CENTER, PHONE 970-385-1324/FREQ 126.275, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. DENVER AFSS /DEN/, PHONE 720- 873-2740, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
