F-15 Down In Nevada

Pilot Safely Ejected

The Air Force reports an F-15 Eagle crashed at about 11 a.m. Friday on the Nevada Test and Training Range. Officials said the aircraft was conducting a training mission.

USAF Maj. David Graff, an instructor, was treated and released from a hospital at Nellis Air Force Base, according to a spokeswoman for the Air Warfare Center, based at Nellis (NV).

An interim safety board of officers will investigate the accident.
