PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 471530N/1033224W AND THE DICKINSON (DIK) VORTAC 292 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 4600 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. THE U.S.F.S.,PHONE 406- 329-4880/FREQ 122.750(WHITETAIL FIRE), IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. GRAND FORKS /GFK/ AFSS, PHONE 701-792-4304, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
