PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY:454513N/1092822W OR THE BILLINGS /BIL/ VORTAC 251 DEGREE RADIAL AT 35.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO452341N/1092851W OR THE LIVINGSTON /LVM/ VORTAC 099 DEGREE RADIAL AT 44.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO452350N/1100203W OR THE LIVINGSTON /LVM/ VORTAC 122 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO453638N/1100557W OR THE LIVINGSTON /LVM/ VORTAC 096 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO454642N/1095159W OR THE LIVINGSTON /LVM/ VORTAC 064 DEGREE RADIAL AT 24.6 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPER-ATIONS.
