PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 10 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 405911N/1163656W OR THE BATTLE MOUNTAIN /BAM/ VORTAC 011 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.6 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. ELKO DISPATCH, TELEPHONE 775-748-4000OR FREQ 122.425/SHEEP FIRE, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SALT LAKE /ZLC/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 801-320-2560, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
