ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OFANCHORAGE ARTCC(ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 12600 WITHIN A 5 NM RADIUS OF 680747N/1492840W. REID BONSON,STATE OF ALASKA TEL:(907)451-3047 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. FAIRBANKS AFSS(FAI) IS THE FAA COORDINATING FACILITY, TEL:(907)474-0388.
