SPECIAL NOTICE: DUE TO THE MACKINAC BRIDGE WALK, PILOTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO AVOID FLIGHT IN THE VICINITY WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 454900N/0844341W OR THE PELLSTON /PLN/ VORTAC 352 DEGREE RADIAL AT 11.5 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL.
